Quantum Services’ Division Manager
Hailing from Lumberton, NC, Braiden Green has an infectious enthusiasm for everything. He quickly learned the ropes as an Audit Supervisor before taking on the duties of Division Manager. Braiden has adapted to an expanding division with a positive outlook. Considering his goals for the next five years, this mentality is proof pudding that living the Quantum Services’ values pays off.
Braiden joined Quantum Services in May of 2023. His Area Manager, Pattie Curran, was clear in her description of the auditor role. Going in to stores, he was equipped with what to expect and had the right tools to be successful. He knew the importance of doing a job effectively and efficiently, as well as having answers to client questions.
Taking Division Manager development training was one way Braiden improved his skills and now brings added value to his customers. With recent growth in the division, Braiden has been able to interpret the results of audit reports with new clients. He shows them what areas of the store they are experiencing shrink, or the loss of inventory that is not accounted for through purchases. Braiden also receives feedback from his clients on how Quantum Services stands out compared to their previous inventory company. Accuracy is commonly noted as a defining difference.
As a Division Manager, Braiden has a new set of challenges to ward off. For one, retaining good employees. His approach is the same as Quantum Services’: treat others the way you want to be treated. He also practices open communication, addressing issues quickly, and showing his understanding of his crew by accommodating schedule requests whenever possible. He fosters a culture of teamwork, actively contributing to a positive work environment by his example and attitude.

Braiden predicts that Quantum Services will continue to grow exponentially over 2025. If ever there was a person more motivated to grow professionally, it would be Braiden. He is ready for that growth, ready to put his integrity to work, and grateful for the opportunities given him so far in his auditing career.
